PICShandlene Grant, the grand daughter of a Pastor, and daughter of an Evangelist, was born and raised in Abaco, Bahamas. Realizing at an early age that being a preacher's kid could not get her into heaven, Shandlene gave her life to the Lord. From this point on her life as a Christian teenager took an eventful turn. Determine that she would beat the odds of not becoming a teenage mother, drunkard or a junkie, decided that she would by the help of God impact a world lost with the Gospel.

Elder Grant has served with Mt. Tabor Full Gospel Baptist Church for fourteen (14) yrs (1994-2008), eight (8) of which were full time in the ministry. During this time she held the following positions; Children's Director, Children & Youth Choir Director, Praise & Worship Director and Leader and for four (4) years, Associate Producer of the Walking In Victory Broadcast.

In September 2002 she was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel and shortly thereafter in May 2004 was ordained to the Sacred Office as an Elder.

For the past ten (10) years, Elder Grant served as the International Minister of Hospitality and Special Guest for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International Conference Youth Division (F.G.B.C.F.I.C.). Her responsibilities include Special Guest Hosting, Armorbearers, Greeters, Adjutants, and Hospitality along with protocol areas. Locally she serves an advisor to the Full Gospel Bahamas Region Youth Council.

Elder Grant holds an Associates of Arts Degree from the New Orleans School of Urban Missions. She is currently pursuing her B.A. in Biblical Counselling. Elder Grant is also the founder of WOVI Ministries Int'l Women of Virtue and Integrity This is a ministry geared towards providing forums and settings of training, empowerment and enhancement for women of all walks of life, as well as focusing on leading women in and outside of ministry.

Elder Grant has a passion for the art of singing with an innate ability to write Lyrics and produce music. She loves children & youths and finds fulfilment in working with them, especially those who have been hit with the social ills of life. Through the process of being broken before God and dying to self, Elder Parker is working hard to see believers of all ages more mobilized in the Kingdom of God. Operating and functioning in the gifts that God has enabled the believers with and putting a foot hold on the kingdom of darkness.

Elder Grant believes that, there are no regrets when you step out in faith. The impact of being apart of a movement so great as the Kingdom of God, one will note all Impossibilities By faith becomes reality.

Elder Shandlene Grant is the wife of Bishop Ricardo Grant Sr. Pastor & Teacher of Universal Household of Faith, Freeport Grand Bahama, Bahamas where she now resides.
